Associates In Family Medicine is located at 1207 South Queen Street, on the corner of Queen Street and Rathton Road, approximately three blocks east of York Hospital and is easily accessible from other surrounding communities via I-83 and Route 74. Look for the grassy area on the corner of Queen and Rathton. There is a blue sign posted in the yard of a one story building. There are entrances to the parking lot from Queen, Rathton, and Payton.
About Our Practice
Associates In Family Medicine is a medical practice that provides continuous comprehensive health care for individuals and families. Our scope of care encompasses all ages, both sexes, each organ system, and every disease entity. We are here to assist you with any health-related matter, including the appropriate use of consultants, health services, and community resources.
Our Doctors
Conrad H. Knudson, M.D. began private practice in 1999. He received his medical degree from the University of Virginia and completed his residency in family medicine at York Hospital. Dr. Knudson is board certified in family medicine and open to new patients of all ages.
Nancy K. Conway-Wiley, M.D. began private practice in 1999. She received her medical degree from UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and completed her residency in family medicine at York Hospital. Dr. Conway is board certified in family medicine and open to new patients of all ages. She resides in York with her husband and children.
Junia P. Tiruchelvam, M.D. (“Dr. Tiru”) began private practice in 1987. She received her medical degree from University of Ceylon and completed her residency in family medicine at York Hospital. Dr. Tiru is board certified in family medicine and open to new patients of all ages.

Payment/Insurances
Payment for office visits, consultations, co-payments, deductibles and/or supplies is required at the time of service. For your convenience, our office accepts cash, personal checks, money orders, and most credit cards. As a courtesy to our patients, we submit claims to the insurance carriers we participate with. We participate with most of them and will be glad to let you know if we participate with yours. If we do not participate with your insurance carrier, after each visit you will be provided with a “superbill” as your receipt. This is a preprinted form that itemizes all the information you need for your insurance company to process your claim. We encourage you to send your claim on their form.
